Shipping policy

Unless specified, your item is made to order. This takes between 2-3 weeks. After your item is shipped, please anticipate the following shipping times:
- Tracked Within Canada: Shipped via Canada Post, ships from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Includes tracking, should arrive between 3-10 business days

-Oversized Letter Mail - Within Canada: This is untracked. Should your parcel be lost during transit, items will not be refunded or replaced by Lewis & Clark Collar Co. 
- Within United States: Shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) from Pembina, North Dakota. Includes tracking, should arrive between 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: Ships via Canada Post Small Packet International Air. Does not include tracking, should arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates, and are based on available information from the postal services used. Service delays are possible, particularly during high-volume mail periods, such as major holidays.

All import laws, import and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult with your customs agency prior to ordering if you feel this may impact your purchase.
