• Lewis & Clark Collar Co. ship to the address that you provided when making your purchase. If this address is incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible.
• Orders that are shipped to a previous or incorrect address which match what the buyer inputted at the time of checkout will not be refunded. 
• If the item is returned to Lewis & Clark Collar Co. (i.e., return to sender) the buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred to re-ship the package.
• Please note that orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather, heavy mail volumes, or country's specific custom laws.
