New & Improved Shipping for Canadian Customers!
We know shipping is a bummer, and have worked hard to find a more affordable option for our Canadian customers. We are now pleased to offer the option of oversized lettermail shipping. This does NOT include tracking, and any packages lost - when shipped using this option - will not be replaced by Lewis & Clark Collar Co. You may choose to purchase tracked shipping at checkout, even if your purchase is eligible for oversized lettermail shipping.
Oversized lettermail shipping is available for a rate of $5, and is available when the following items are purchased:
- 1" collars: up to 3 X 1" buckle collars
- 1.5" collars: up to 2 X 1.5" buckle collars (sizes medium and large only)
- Key Fobs: up to 4 X Key Fobs
The following combinations of items will also be available to be shipped using oversized lettermail:
- Up to 2 Key Fobs with 1 X 1" collar or 1 X 1.5" Buckle Collar
- 1 X 1.5" Buckle Collar with 1 X 1" Buckle collar
Please note that the purchase of a leash, 1.5" wide martingale collar, or an XXL collar will automatically require your purchase to ship using tracked postage, due to the size and weight of these items.
Sorry, we do not offer any local pick-up options at this time due to COVID-19.
Once Your Item has Shipped
All items ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada using Canada Post. After your item is shipped, please anticipate the following shipping times:
- Within Canada (tracked):
- Usually 3-7 business days; post time may increase around holidays and peak mail seasons
- Shipped via Expedited Parcel
- Includes tracking
- Within Canada (not tracked - oversized letter mail)
- Does not include tracking
- Ships at buyer's own risk; lost items will not be replaced by Lewis & Clark Collar Co.
- Arrival time varies by location - may take up to two weeks to arrive
- United States:
- Usually 1-2 weeks
- Includes tracking
- International Orders:
- Usually 2-4 weeks - may be longer depending on your country's customs
- Shipped via Small Packet International Air via Canada Post, does not include tracking.
Lewis & Clark Collar Co. ship to the address that you provided when making your purchase. If this address is incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders that are shipped to a previous or incorrect address will not be refunded. If the item is returned to Lewis & Clark Collar Co. (i.e., return to sender) the buyer will be responsible for all charges incurred to re-ship the package.
Please note that orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather, heavy mail volumes, or country's specific custom laws. All import laws, import and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult with your customs agency prior to ordering if you feel this may impact your purchase. If a package is marked as "delivered", and has been shipped with tracking, a formal investigation will be initiated through the appropriate shipping agency will be initiated if the buyer states that the package was not delivered.
