Returns, Exchanges, Order Modifications & Cancellations

As Lewis & Clark Collar Co. has expanded its hardware and width options, the level of customization with each order limits the resale potential of your collar. For this reason, Lewis & Clark Collar Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased. 

In the rare event that the incorrect collar/leash is mailed to you, and is different than the order specifications detailed on your receipt, Lewis & Clark Collar Co. will issue a new collar or leash per the order specifications free of charge to the buyer.

Please note that any coupon codes/promotions must be applied at the time of check-out and will not be added retroactively.  Thank you for your understanding!

Upon ordering, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Sometimes, these emails mistakenly end up in junk mail folders. Please double-check your email for this confirmation. Any changes that need to be made to orders must be initiated by the buyer within 24 hours of ordering. If you need to make changes to your order past that time, please contact Lewis & Clark Collar Co. and your request may be accommodated based on the creation-status of your order.

Order cancellations may be considered if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Order cancellations may also be initiated by Lewis & Clark Collar Co., in the event that the item is no longer available. 

Please note that Lewis & Clark Collar Co. practices a firm zero tolerance policy against bullying, disrespectful behaviour, and threats. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for these reasons.  In this event, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.
