Creation & Shipping Timelines

Please note that all items are made-to-order and are subject to a 3 week production time prior to being shipped. Mystery Collars & Leashes are ready-to-ship, please allow a one-weekl processing time for us to package up your order. Many custom-made items will ship before the 3 week mark. Please purchase tracked shipping if you'd like to follow your package's journey. Untracked letter mail does NOT include tracking and packages lost if shipped with this method will not be refunded.

Items are made in the order received for each print. In the event that your chosen print is sold out due to a material shortage, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or your choice of alternate available webbings. Thank you for supporting small business!

Shipping Methods

Sorry, local pick-up is not available.

We now offer Canada-wide flat rate shipping of $5 on many of our products using untracked oversized lettermail. Certain items, including leashes and XXL collars, are not available for shipping using this method. In addition, oversized lettermail is limited to combinations of items under a certain weight. This method does NOT include tracking and shipping using this method is at the buyer's own risk.
