Winnipeg Local Pick-Up

We are pleased to partner with two local businesses to offer local-pick within Winnipeg!

Important Notes on This Method

Drop-offs are based on order volume, and occur at a maximum of twice per month.  If you need your item quickly, please choose to have your item shipped.

There are no set-dates for drop-offs, but please note that if this option is selected that you will have to wait longer to receive your product than if you chose to have it shipped to you. 

You will receive an email once your order has been dropped off.  Please do not contact the pick-up partners to inquire if your item has been dropped off, prior to receiving an email from Lewis & Clark Collar Co. Please ensure that your email address is correct, as this is how updates regarding your order will be communicated to you.

In the event that you select a local pick-up option by accident, you may be able to switch your order to be shipped via Canada Post for the full shipping cost. This option will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on order volumes and item processing.

How To Select This Option

While you are in your cart, "checking out," you will note a number of shipping options. Simply select which local pick-up location you would like from the shipping methods, and your order will automatically be delivered to that location. 

Please note that local drop-offs to each of these locations occur twice per month. This means that you may have to wait longer for your order than you would if you chose to have it shipped to you via Canada Post.  Once your item has been dropped off at your pick-up location, you will receive an email notification to the email address associated with your transaction.
